DY-580 protection measurement and control sub-platform is mainly used to form the protection measurement and control integration device of 35kV and below medium and low voltage smart substation, distributed micro grid and other engineering applications. It can be installed in the switchgear cabinet, or can be centrally installed in the control protection screen cabinet.Together with the DYNAS2.0 integrated monitoring system and other equipment, it is a comprehensive digital secondary system for new distribution systems, distributed microgrids, integrated energy stations and campus power supply projects.
DY-580 protection measurement and control platform hardware adopts a 1/3 width 19 inches 6U chassis, function plug-in modular design.The front panel is a human-machine interface composed of color LCD display, LED indicator light, function keys and debugging port.The plug-in is inserted and removed after installation, facilitating operation and maintenance.The DY-580 sub-platform has the following module plug-ins and interface resource configurations:
● High-performance dual-core CPU+FPGA processor module, with dual RJ45, RS485, USB standard interface, high-speed optical fiber communication interface, support to build TCP/IP, Profibus, Modbus/RTU and other communication protocols.Ensure redundancy of computation and function expansion;
● Processor module onboard SATA hard disk, can build built-in fault recording and mass data storage.Built-in fault record 32 segments, each segment includes the waveform information of analog and switching quantity of 4 cycles before the fault and 6 cycles after the fault;
● Analog input module supports traditional CT, PT and electronic transformer, Hall, temperature and humidity sensor and other analog input, 16-bit AD, 32-96 point sampling, multiple filtering algorithm;
● Electrical isolation, signal anti-shaking and anti-error function of switching input/output module, to provide real-time data acquisition and reliable control output;
● High-speed optical fiber interface module is used to form optical difference protection and high-speed communication channel.
Protection measurement and control products based on DY-580 platform include low and medium voltage line, busbar, transformer, capacitor/reactor, motor and other series of protection and control devices, as well as PT parallel measurement and control devices, standby self-propelled protection devices, etc.The DY-580 platform can also be used to build SVC control protection, energy storage system power balance control, industrial control system field processing unit, etc.
